Incident reporting is a critical component to Housing Works’ Compliance and Risk Management Programs. Incident reports should be completed to report all situations that have created or could potentially create a hazardous or unsafe situation. These situations include: accidents of any kind, hazardous conditions, sudden illnesses, uncomfortable interactions, etc.
